About Me

I have been a passionate photographer since I was a little girl – anyone who has been on holiday with me will know that all too well! However I hadn’t considered a career in photography until I was planning my own wedding 8 years ago, and attending many of my friends’ weddings. That’s when I really caught the bug and it has been an obsession ever since! I love people – especially the opportunity to bring out the best in people and see them realise their potential. This had led me to a career in teaching, which I enjoyed for a number of years, photographing as many weddings as I could in my spare time! However I realised photography was too important to me to only be a sideline, so I eventually took the plunge, gave up my safe ‘proper’ job to follow my dream, and here we are!

I am a Manchester wedding photographer, but I also cover Cheshire, Lancashire, Derbyshire and the North-West of England (or even further afield if required – I certainly wouldn’t say no to a Tuscan wedding…)

I love getting to know you; your style, your story, your hopes and dreams. I’ll always meet you for a coffee and a chat before any pictures are taken.
